CQK Hotpot (Ciqikou) is a Chongqing-born mala hotpot chain that first landed in Thailand in 2016, and this Ekkamai–Thonglor branch is easy to spot thanks to its bright pink exterior on Sukhumvit 63. The signature draw is the authentic mala broth, tongue-numbing and fiery in equal measure — but a mellow pumpkin broth is also on offer, so families and spice-shy diners are well covered. Ingredients run deep across meats, seafood, fish balls and tofu, and the branch has ample parking plus large-group seating.
