"GAPOW TAPAE" is a specialty restaurant dedicated to gapao dishes, founded by an owner with an unusual background as an engineer. Originally, he sold fried fish balls and stewed fish stomachs, which were well-received, prompting him to pursue a culinary career. Focusing on the gapao dishes he grew up eating, he started with a delivery service for gapao bento boxes. After six years, he finally opened his own restaurant, spending 18 months carefully selecting ingredients and perfecting the menu, which has since gained great popularity. The restaurant’s name, like its menu, reflects a unique and creative spirit.
